Offering an open-concept Photo Booth hire in Auckland, your guests will pose in the open, instead of entering inside a fabric enclosure. Facing our kiosk, they use an interactive touch screen.

How does a photo booth hire work?

Push the button to start the process. Our booth takes three or four selfie shots, approx 5 seconds apart. Each time a picture is taken, it is displayed on the viewing screen. In the end, all pictures are displayed on the screen. Though we supply a box of Props as part of the package, there are options for adding digital props, colour filtering and changing layouts.

 

How to personalise your pictures?

We recommend using a flat neutral coloured wall for the best results, but nothing is stopping you from getting creative. With a little thought, something as simple as paper, balloons or even some recycled stuff positioned well becomes a great backdrop.

 

How many people can fit?

Portable selfie booths have been developed to meet the needs of an ultra-compact space.  Our portable Photo Booth has been developed to service the need for an ultra-compact, photo booth. Our booths can operate just about anywhere and can be powered by a standard 3-pin electrical outlet. The total recommended floor area required for setup and operation of our portable Photo Booth is approximately 3m x 2.5m.

Other providers’ standard photo booths are designed to fit 4-6 people. We can fit between 15–20 people, if your guests are willing to squeeze together, many more can fit in. The possibilities are endless, and it’s up to you how squishy you like it.

Social Media Options

The reason that our pricing is so competitive is that we do not supply hard copies of the images we also do NOT Print photos out on the day. We can however offer

  • All photos are stored and backed up on our hard drive, you will get your photos supplied on a USB Memory Stick drive along with one photo in a layout of your choice. Words or Logos can also be added as long as this is advised before the event.
  • We can prompt your guests for their email addresses and send them out directly by email
  • We can supply a QR code which when scanned will send the guest to a website to view and download the image

Getting copies of the pictures?

As Images are stored and backed up on our hard drive, we will supply photos on a USB Memory Stick for you to enjoy after the next day. 

What area do we cover?

There is no charge for delivering within 40 KM from Auckland CBD.  Outside of these areas, we charge 50 cents per kilometre. Please contact us for a quote.

Getting the photo booth to your event?

Free delivery, set up and removed afterwards, is included. It runs itself, but optionally an operator is available for $50 per hour.

 

How long is a photo booth hire?

Bookings must be minimum of 2 hours, but the longer the hire time, the cheaper the dollar rate per hour. Hiring overnight or a full day is the cheapest rate per hour.

Backdrops

Though we often suggest people plan their backgrounds to fit the theme of their event. Some locations may be limited in space for setting up, suggesting a plain wall may be all that’s needed.

Get-Flashed does however have some coloured backgrounds available for hire at no additional cost. Check them out https://getflashed.co.nz/backdrops/.

These are available based on booking volumes, so we can’t always guarantee they are available unless previously requested.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds when booking a photo booth hire

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will confirm your booking. Payment in full required is required one week before your event, as we have requirements of receiving 7 days notice if cancelling,

  • If less than 7 days notice is supplied, any & all amounts paid will be used to recover lost monies due to our inability to rehire our equipment with such short notice.
